Manual Osteopathy focuses on optimizing the body's inherent ability to heal itself through gentle techniques such as cranial sacral, visceral release, gentle mobilizations and soft tissue release. Aiding the body to improve function by releasing restrictions and restoring the natural flow.

My passion is to help my clients lead a pain free and active lifestyle.
I have been working in health and wellness since 2011 starting in active rehabilitation. I expanded my skills becoming a Manual Osteopath in 2015 as well completing certifications in Cranial Sacral Therapy, Cupping, Micro-Stretching and Animal Flow.
In 2022 I became a Registered Massage Therapist further expanding my soft tissue techniques. I also completed my Neuroanatomical Acupuncture Certificate through McMaster university in 2024.
