Get To Know Me

My approach is to use a combination of hands on and movement therapy to get my clients moving and feeling better.

My journey in health and wellness started in 2011 as a kinesiologist in a multidisciplinary rehab clinic after completing my Bachelors Degree in Science at Guelph University, majoring in Human Kinetics. Movement therapy is a foundation to my practice, and where I began working with amateur and professional athletes teaching mobility and yoga.

I obtained my Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice in 2015 from the National Academy of Osteopathy and have taken continuing education courses in Cranial Sacral Therapy, Cupping Therapy as well as Micro-Stretching. I utilize a variety of these techniques within my treatment to address postural issues, pain and movement dysfunction.

In 2022 I completed my Diploma in Massage Therapy adding Registered Massage Therapist designation in 2023. Within my massage therapy practice I offer Neuroanatomical Acupuncture to treat a variety of structural issues, decrease pain sensation and aid in relaxation. Acupuncture is a great addition to any treatment, helping to regulate the nervous system and a personal favourite is facial acupuncture to help clear sinuses and decrease jaw tension due to stress or TMJD.

I have worked with a variety of professional teams and sports, spending two seasons with the Halifax NLL lacrosse team and I continue working with professional hockey players in their off season training through Noble Sport Performance.

I always strive to provide the most effective treatment for my patients to help them optimize performance and live a pain
